High-Protein Snacks
Where protein lollies fit
Bars, shakes and lollies all do a similar job: getting some protein in between meals. What differs is how you eat them. A shake needs mixing. A bar is one big chew. Protein lollies are a handful of something sweet you can eat one at a time, wherever you are.
